What makes Accura different from other MIS Systems?

Fully-featured core module Accura is a true Windows 32-bit program which runs on Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP and comprises these core print business activities as standard (these would be add-ons in many other systems). Multitasking Without getting too technical what this means is you can be doing more than one thing at a time!... For example: be in an estimate, and an order, and an invoice - all at the same time. In older systems this is not possible, you have to 'back-out' to the menu before moving on to the next task. This brings huge productivity benefits to you as a user
   
Easy-to-use This is much overused term in computing, but it truly applies here. When you see the user-interface (GUI) of Accura and compare it to other systems you'll appreciate how intuitive, clear and easy-to-follow Accura is.
   
FAST setup & training With Accura you take control of the system setup, and following typical training of 2-3 days you can be fully up and running. Beware of systems that quote you 8-10 days implementation & training - that should tell you something about how easy to use they are!
   
Expandable - future proof Many optional modules are available to expand Accura as your needs grow, and we're constantly working on improving them. So as your business grows, we'll still be there alongside you.
   
No runtime licenses When you pay for Accura there is nothing else to pay, unless you wish to renew your annual support 12 months later. With some systems you effectively 'rent' the software and have to pay a monthly or annual fee to continue using it.
   
Macintosh support Provided you have a Windows 2000 or 2003 server, you can run the entire Accura product range on Macintosh OS X, or a mix of Macintosh and PCs using a technology called 'Terminal Services'
   
Integral report-designer With Accura there is no need to buy additional copies of Crystal Reports or Microsoft Word to customise reports; it is all built-in (so no extra expense)!
   
Integrated communications Accura offers a highly streamlined integration with Email and Fax, as well as SMS (texting) and VOIP (internet calling) built into our CRM module. Other systems require manual input or only allow you to send one document per batch, with Accura it is fully automated.
   
No hidden costs When you buy Accura the price you see is the price you pay... there are no hidden clauses or extras lurking in our quotes. Our price includes the software, training and full support & upgrades for 12 months - and our ongoing support fees are some of the lowest in the industry. We tell you before you order exactly what training you'll need, not after it like some others.
   
No consultancy costs Accura is 'out of the box' solution - it works properly and fully as soon as it is installed, and does not require days of high-priced 'consultancy' simply to make the software functional, unlike some MIS systems. You can configure the entire system yourself, without computing or programming skills!
